A privacy-first unified calendar app, built by experienced engineers educated at reputed institutes.
CalUnity exists to solve one specific problem: people use multiple calendars across Google, Microsoft Outlook, Apple iCloud and other services and every existing tool forces them to either juggle apps, sync events across accounts (creating clutter), or hand over their calendar data to a productivity suite for marketing or training. We believe a unified calendar should respect three things: every provider you use, the privacy of your data and the integrity of each calendar's contents.
CalUnity is built by a team of experienced software engineers, educated at reputed engineering institutes, with years of combined experience shipping production software in calendaring, distributed systems, mobile development and privacy engineering. That experience is why CalUnity handles the edge cases that newer tools miss: recurring-event quirks across providers, timezone correctness, delta-sync reliability and end-to-end encryption hygiene.

CalUnity is a unified calendar app that connects Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Apple iCloud and any CalDAV-compatible server into a single AI-assisted interface. It runs natively on iOS, Android and the web. Key product principles:
CalUnity was founded in 2026 and publicly launched in April 2026 on the Apple App Store and Google Play. The product is actively developed and maintained by the CalUnity team, with regular releases on iOS, Android and the web.
The product was built in response to a real gap in the market: every existing calendar tool either compromised on privacy (Google Calendar, Notion Calendar, OneCal), worked only in the Apple ecosystem (Fantastical) or required paying for a basic multi-calendar view (Morgen). CalUnity is the unified, privacy-respecting, cross-platform option built for users who want all three without trade-offs.
