Delete Your Account

Delete from the mobile app

1. Open CalUnity on your iPhone or Android device
2. Tap the menu icon in the top left to open the navigation drawer
3. Tap Settings at the bottom of the drawer
4. Scroll to the Account section
5. Tap Delete Account and confirm

Delete from the web app

1. Sign in at calunity.com/calendar
2. Click the settings icon in the header
3. Scroll to the Account section
4. Click Delete Account and confirm

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@calunity.com from the email address linked to your CalUnity account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We verify the request comes from the account owner and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes all of the following immediately and permanently. Deletion cannot be undone.

• Your CalUnity account and profile (name, email, profile image)
• All connected calendar accounts, including Google, Microsoft, Apple, iCloud and CalDAV connections, and the access tokens for them
• All cached calendar and event data stored by CalUnity
• Your preferences, such as theme, time format, timezone and reminder settings
• Push notification registrations and any pending scheduled reminders
• Every linked sign-in method. If you signed in with more than one provider, for example Google and Apple, all of them are removed together

What happens to your calendars

Nothing. CalUnity only reads and caches your calendar data, so deleting your CalUnity account never deletes events from Google Calendar, Outlook, iCloud or any other provider. Your calendars remain untouched in those accounts, and CalUnity simply loses access to them.

What we retain, and why

We keep a minimal deletion record containing the email address, the calendar provider and the date of deletion. It contains no calendar or event content. We retain it to comply with legal obligations, to prevent abuse and to be able to confirm that a deletion took place if you ask us later.
