By accessing or using Calunity ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Calunity.

2. Description of Service

Calunity provides a calendar management platform that allows users to:

  • Connect and sync multiple calendar providers (Google, Microsoft, Apple)
  • View and manage events across calendars in a unified interface
  • Create, edit, and delete calendar events
  • Receive notifications and reminders
  • Access calendars across multiple devices

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Eligibility

5. Calendar Provider Integration

When you connect third-party calendar providers (Google, Microsoft, Apple), you:

  • Acknowledge that you are subject to the terms of those providers
  • Understand that we are not responsible for issues with third-party services
  • Can revoke access at any time through your account settings

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Calunity and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of your calendar data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service. We will not use your content for any other purpose without your consent.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our privacy practices.

8. Subscription and Payment

8.1 Free and Paid Services

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid features, pricing, and billing terms are described on our pricing page.

8.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

8.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until that time.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALUNITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9.3 No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for data loss or corruption.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Calunity, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process in your settings.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Pose a security risk to the Service

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, unless retention is required by law.

12. Dispute Resolution
